“In 2021, Christopher assisted us in finding ‘our’ house in Loveland—a challenging situation, as COVID was winding down AND we were living in Oklahoma at the time. As a result, most communication was via email. Christopher worked with us to understand what kind of house and property we wanted, then arranged virtual tours, often accompanied by my brother (a Loveland resident with ideas of his own!). We had a long list of very specific “musts”, and Christopher worked very hard to ensure that, ultimately, we found our new home. As a bit of an aside, Christopher has a great sense of humor and a wonderful, booming laugh that made the stressful aspects of finding and buying a home easier to deal with. After we moved into our home in early 2022, Christopher stayed in touch with email, mailings, etc. This is unusual in itself, but fast forward to June 2025. We were trying to find a stonemason to do repairs to a moss rock wall and had no success in identifying one. I emailed Christopher, who called me to ensure he knew what we needed, then contacted his colleagues to get recommendations for a stone mason—which he emailed to me THE NEXT DAY. He said it was no big deal (though, clearly, it was!) and asked us to let him know how things worked out so that he would be able to make recommendations to other clients with similar needs. In short, Christopher’s professionalism and people skills are exceptional, and the fact that he was willing to go above and beyond even several years later is a huge bonus!
